Default Making the H23 Vtec

After talking to friends i got the impression that there was 2 ways to pull this off. either by slapping the h22 head on the h23 or using the h22 block but putting the crank and rods from the h23 in the h22. what do you guys think would be easier and what would i be better off attempting? Also i was wondering if anyone knows exactly what i would need to take from the h23 and put into the h22? Maybe someone has a write up on it or something?

if you already have the h23 in there the headswap should in theory be much easier.

I Hear you just swap heads, then get wiring harness and ECU from H22 everything else should go straight up
