what do i have to do to chip my engine? where should vtec crack, friends of mine set theirs to 42-4700 rpm...also whats the best way to do it thank?
You can't "chip" an OBD2 Honda ECU. If you want to go that route, you need to find an OBD1 ECU, an OBD2 to OBD1 conversion harness, and reputable source for an ECU program (Kenji Plennert is one of the best).
You can also get a VAFC that will allow you some control over the fuel delivery and the ability to switch the cam crossover point.

just get a p28 or a p72 bring it to a shop with a dyno and let them do all of the work for you they will socket it and every thing and you wont have to pay 500 for a hondata. and vtec on a stock car is set in the best spot dont screw around with it. unless you have alot of shit done to your car. and before you screw with your vtec points get it dynoed and let the tuner mess with it cause they will find the best spot for it but if you do mess with just dont set it really high you will find it fun because your vtec will kick in really hard but you wont make any power
