Default crap kit

I got a 93 prelude. Ok guy we bought it from put a body kit on there, some big mouth or somethin. Its held on like a peice of crap, makes the car look fat and looooooong. So Im taking it off and going back to stock. I dont like how high the car sits though. I was wondering what springs or struts I should get to lower it just a little. Thanks for the opinions

Could you guys tell me what holds on the back bumper? the drivers side rear fenderwell seems to have a rubber linning and is hard to get the bumper to fit flush on that side. while the passanger side has no rubber and is a perfect fit.. And do you know how many bolts need to go on there?
