Default 92 Prelude Si Lurch

Sometimes, when i drive my car it will "lurch" no matter what gear im in, i'll hit the gas and it will start to "lurch", I don't think it's misfiring because i just changed the plugs and wires, (NGK Iridium, and NGK Wires), plus the problem was before the new plugs and wires, it usually happens when the rpms are between 2500 and 4000, but once you pass or stay below those points it's perfectly fine, ANY HELP WILL BE USEFUL

I ran the codes last nite, result code-9, #1 Cylinder Head Position, So i called perhaps the best Honda Mechanic in the Greater South Bend, Indiana area, he told me that the Distributor will have to be replaced, because i prevously repalced the distributor and rotor with one from PepBoys. So ill have my car back to new by the end of this week, Part will run about 150 but its worth it. This will just teach me to buy Genuine Honda Parts.
