If you don't know what obd1, p13, and desoldering mean than you probably shouldn't do any ecu work.

ODB stands for On Board Diagnostics.
P13 is just the name of the ecu that the H22 runs with.
Desoldering is just the opposite of soldering.....you know what that is?

As far as which ebay chip to get, I don't know.

You have to get the old chip out, its going to cost more if you get someone to put the chip in but you could take it to a tv repair store. You use a solder sucker or the copper tape stuff to get the solder of the pins on the old chip then solder in the socket for the new chip and now u can plug n play them.

p13 is odb1 h22 ecu

simplepc@hotmail.com his name is mike vong thats where I got my spoon sports chip. 5000 vtec 8500 red

Still would be very nice if there was somewhere I could dyno tune mine, runs alittle rich.

I will also have my bored out tb in a couple days you should get yours done.

www.maxbore.com cool guy there or www.polarbeartuning.com

O and don't just buy any ecu chip out there man, might as well get one from the guy I got mine from b/c I have been using it for 6 months now and its not some made up proggie

Just curious - are you running a 8500 redline on a stock H22 (with an original 7400 redline)? If so, sounds very interesting to me. What disadvantages come with such a high redline?

If not, explain what's happenin'.

Thanks man.

Disadvantage is not having your motor built for it and cause damage

I can plug n play chips all I want now that its "socketed" if I want I can easily pop out the other one and even put back in my stock chip but I'm not going to
