an f22 is a sohc 16 valve with a balance shaft, 89 ludes have a b20a5 in si trim. dohc 16 valve, and no balance shaft.
if i may make a suggestion, i wouldn't get nos. if your on a budget get some used stock engine parts from a newer integra type-R. there is little risk to the engine and in most cases easier to install. many parts will fit, intake, exhaust, throttle body. vtec heads too although more work and some minor mods are required
