Default JDM headlights

i just got some jdm headlights on my 4th gen lude(ah i love them) and well they point right at the oncoming traffic. every single car flashes their brights at me. i tried adjusting them, but i didnt have much sucess. the direction of the light didnt seem to change much. can anyone give me any tips on adjusting these things?

the helogen light bults should be surrounded by a rubber housing, like a big O ring.
hole the back of the helogen itself with it's harness and everything, and it should move with in the o-ring.
if not, the whole reflective part should be adjusted with the screws that "SHOULD" be there to adjust the beam.

My brother and I both have JDM headlights on our 4th gens. We never get flashed.:dunno: But yes, the correct way to adjust the light was explained above.
