I hope I have done a good search of the forums so that this is not a repeat question. I am currently running a DC header, of which I have read about its uselessness. I am intrigued by Mugen, HyTech, and MSPS; are any of them CARB certified?

Thanks for the correction on SMSP. I called HyTech, and even though they are a California company, they do not want to deal with the cost of CARB certification.

Bummer for those of us who do not have time to have either dumped our stock exhaust or do not have the time to do a header swap every two years.
