Do you know the wheel specs for a 2000 honda prelude for 15 inches rims with 195-60-R15 tires ?

Stock 5th gen preludes have 16"x6.5" wheels with 205-50-16 tires.

15" rimes with 195-60-15 tires have nothing to do with the prelude. What specs would you like about those?

This question makes no sense. 15" rims will barely clear the brake rotors and calipers.

15s have been and are often used on 5th gens, though. It works, just doesn't look as nice.
