Default Newbie questions about an H23A1

I have an H23A1 engine in a '92 Prelude SI that has about 125k miles on it and burns oil pretty badly. I know people typically rebuild the engine when this happens, would that be my best option as well? I'm most likely going to be selling the car soon, so I don't want to dump a whole lot of money into it if I can avoid it.

Thanks guys, I appreciate any help you can give me.

Well if your gonig to be selling soon. I would just not worry about rebuilding it unless your concerned for the buyer. I'm sure some kid will want the lude badly enough where he will buy it prematurely. rebuilding it will probably not yield you anymore money then selling it how it is for around $4-5.

I kind of know the guy though and he's been saving up his money for a long time to buy his first car, so I don't want it to break down a month after he buys it.
