When I installed my rear lip I left my black factory skirt on the car.....now I have a small gap between the rear bumper and the lip....it looks really crappy....im just wondering if anybody can enlighten me on how they installed their lip and if they removed the factory lip... thanks in advance

 

I kept the factory rear lip on. I had the same problem as you. But there should be a tape alongside the inner lip. That tape should stick to the factory rear lip.

 

I took my base lip off, I didint know I was supposed to leave it on. Am I?
I have the OEM lip kit.

 

Well I have the Wings West RS kit and i must have put about 10 screws along the lip to try and close that damn gap but nothing worked....im trying to figure out if im supposed to leave the factory lip on or take it off....i dont wanna take it all apart to find out i gotta keep the lip on....
