Default Honda In-dash CD Changer

Does any body have a picture of a Honda OEM In-dash CD Changer in their prelude ...

Could you post a picture ...

I just bought one ...

I am curious how it is suppose to be mounted ...

The direction suggest that the CD Changer goes on TOP of the Radio ...

Help me out please ...

I'm assuming from your avatar that it's a 5th gen? Did it come with another bracket/mounting assembly? If you don't like it where they tell you it should go, you may be able to modify the stock bracket and remove the pocket under the radio and put the changer there.

This one is for the 5G Euro Prelude but I can't see you're cd player there

http://www.hondarevolutions.com/html..._5gprelopt.htm

But I found this picture from an U.S. dealer:

and even better I found this: http://www.handa-accessories.com/pre...ludeindash.pdf

Six Disk In-Dash CD Changer
Genuine Honda Prelude in-dash changer. Fits above and is controlled by factory radio. Doesn't need cartridges. Each disk feeds into it one at a time. Includes attachment and all parts needed for isntall.
So my guess is that it should really be above the radio.. why is that picture then? Maybe is not a lude pic, but they said on their site that it was a Prelude in dash cd changer :werd:

Yeah, that's not a Prelude in the pic.

The CD changer in our 99 was put under the stock radio. There is a bracket specific for the 5th gen that you use for this install. It looks and works better this way IMO.
