1) Pull back fenderliner in both front wheelwells, there is a screw that attaches the bumper to the bottom of the fender. (remove screw on both sides)
2) Look along the bottom of the bumper, the should be 3 plastic "screw clips" unscrew them.
3) Pop hood.
4) Remove 10mm bolts on each side of the hood latch and both screws above bumper vents.
5) Unscrew "gold colored" 12mm nut that is below each headlight.
6) Remove bumper lights
7) Unbolt 12mm bolts located behind both bumper lights. (Two on each side)
8) Carefully pull bumper off.

That should be it. What kind of headlights are you putting on?

Thanks for the walkthrough. The headlights are some ebay ones w/ a black housing, they're not JDM but I got them free from a friend. Still thinking about buying a set of JDM's because they're basically a must-have on 4th gens.

Yeah, I'd say they are a must have for the 4th Gen. I have a set on my Prelude and my brother has a set on his also. Best place to get them is usually from ebay, that's my brother and I got ours. Just make sure you keep an eye out because some of the ones on there are losing thier clearcoat and don't look too hot. You gotta fork over some cash for mint looking ones. If coming from Japan, shipping is a little steep to say the least.
