what is the difference between the h22 and the h23? is the h23a dohc vtec?? how much hp?

different H22's have different HP... for our USDM 4g preludes it was:

H22a1: 190 hp, 158 tq. w/ 7500 RPM redline
H23a1: 160 hp, 156 tq. w/ 6400 RPM redline

H23 is non-VTEC. Anyway, here are all the specs:
