Default Wing West Lip Kit Installation

For all of you that have the WWRS lip kit for 5th gen preludes, was it hard installing it? How long did it take and what tool do you need, if any.

My kit is about to arrive and I don't feel like paying the shop $60 to install it.

Thx guys.

You might as well get them to install it since they're going to have to paint it, unless you plan on doing that too.

They are not painting it. This is just the shop that ordered the kit for me.

Well wait to get it painted before you go driving around with it on.

You can do it yourself fairly easy, taking anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. If its not painted then theres really no point in having them install it and most the time if you pay a reputable company to paint it they will install it for you there for fairly cheap (just in case you don't feel like messing with it).

Just make sure to avoid the mistake that some of us have made and sit the rear lip flush underneath bumper leaving the oem black molding on. I've seen others who have posted fitment issues with the rear lip of the kit, I'm assuming they had the same problem. The guy who installed mine sat the lip underneath the bumper except the ends near the wheel wells. He wrapped it around the bottom of the bumper. What mess that was.
