Hey...i recently bought a set of jdm headlights. n the wirres appear to be cut but still have the old blubs in it. Is there any possible way to get the wires to connect? If so what is the easiest way?

THANKS!

I'm assuming then that the lights came with the proper harnesses for H1/H4 bulbs and those are what 'still have wires'?

If that is the case, on the JDM side determine which is power and ground wire. Then do the same for the USDM harness. Cut out your USDM harness, and splice in the JDM one for each of the 4 bulbs. Wrap it with electric tape to seal out water. And you should be done.

^^^^Thats how its done, but it's even easier if you throw away the harnesses that came with the headlights and buy some new ones from Advance or some place like that. The "Perfomance" ones are around $9, don't melt, and best of all, have plenty of wire to splice into.......which are color coded. Easy as one, two, three!

Oh yeah, I would solder the wires then cover with heat shrink tubing, or use some kind of male/female disconnects. Electrical tape won't hold up very well.
