Default Weird sound from engine...

Lately, my engine has been making a weird grinding sound from the engine (i think it's the valves or something" around 1500-2000 rpm! Does anybody else have this problem? Everytime I shift, it always makes the weird sound around that RPM...What could be wrong with it, and how do i fix it?...and I just hit 63000 miles. The car runs real good, but sometimes it makes that sound!

Throw out bearing: When you step on the clutch pedal you're pushing the friction plate away from the clutch disc and flywheel to disengage the clutch.
Of course this is a rotating component. The component that pushes on this when you step on the clutch pedal is stationary. There has to be some way of pushing a stationary component against a rotating component. The throw out bearing is what is between the stationary component and the rotatiing component. This bearing can wear out. When it does it can make noise.

it sounds like gears that does not have enough lubrication or something like that. i'm assuming it's the oil, but then when i check the oil fluid, it is fine. so what could it be?...should i just pour in more oil?

Is the noise there all the time or just when you step on the clutch?
