Default 91 Si 2.05 Rebuild

Trying to decide whether or not to go with a short block or keep everything original by rebuilding original engine that has 220k on it. This is my first experience with a Honda rebuild. Have built my share of domestic engs. I found a site that has short blocks for $720 not including shipping. www.importperformanceparts.net/. If I do it myself it's gonna run $1100.00 including having the block bored and decked and allowing $350 to get the head into shape. I'll be using all factory pistons, rings, and bearings. I've been advised by a repair facility that services Honda's exclusively. Called Dave's Honda Haven in Memphis TN. Dave says people run into trouble when they don't use factory parts. Bearings etc. since tolerances in Hondas are a lot tighter than when you are rebuilding a Ford or Chevy. I've decided to take his advice. After all I've found that the factory parts are not going to be outrageously more expensive and will be worth the peace of mind. I'm just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on this. Would you trust a short block with standard aftermarket parts? Does anyone have any experience with this?

Default Series?

I'm sorry but I was unaware they had different series in the 1991. Where will I find what series I have?
