Default Need some opinions, please.

For everyone that didn't read my other posts, I have a 5th generation base prelude in san marino red. Today I was thinking about maybe painting my silver emblems to match the car. I have cans of touch up spray, and I was wondering if I removed the emblems from the car if I could I use the spray to paint the emblems? Would have to do any sanding, priming, etc.? Also, how do you guys think this would look? Any of you ever done this or seen it done? If anyone knows of any pictures of any 4th or 5th gen. red Preludes with painted emblems, could you please send a link? Thanks for any help guys.

What color would you paint them? Not red, I hope.

I guess I could see that working, but I think silver is the best look for emblems.
It just loooks so clean and wonderful

If they are smooth you have to wet sand them with 400 grit paper, then primer then paint if you want it to look good and not chip. If it is not smooth just primer and paint

Hey man congratulations on your buy. I have the same color. I dont think you should paint the emblems because It would look tacky IMO. But hey its YOUR car I just dont think it will look good.

Yea that's probably better than painting them. Sweet, I'm glad you like it.

Hopefully there are no silly holes on the car though
