I have an 84 prelude with the h22 twin side mount carburetors i have fuel coming through the lines but it doesn't seem to be firing. when i pour gas on a rag and put it in front of the carbs it seems like it wants to fire. i don't see no gas getting in the carbs what could cause that and how do i fix it
