tranny swap
will an lsd tanny bolt on to my 92 prelude si h23 block without any modifications. if anyone has done or tryed this some insite would be help full it works is it better in anyway??
one other question for you 4th gen prelude owners with the h23 how many rpm's are you runing at 60mph in 5th gear thanks for the insite

Yes, a M2B4, JDM Prelude LSD transmission will bolt right up. Gearing will be a little off, but nothing too bad. It will help with cornering for the most part.
In both the H22 and H23, you should be at about 3000rpm at 60mph in 5th.

personally i dont like my preludes gear ratio's . i think there to tight. i was wondering if the lsd tranny has a little better ratio. im at 3000 at 60 in my lude. just seems to high but i guess thats normal.

5th gear on the 5th gens lines up strangly with number.
3 at 60
2.5 at 50
2 at 40
The tach and speed needles are almost parallel the whole time - it's crazy.
