I got my car started (for anyone who read/responded to my last thread...thanks!) It just needed a jump... it runs great but I'm worried about a huge oil stain on the underside of the passenger side of the hood...I can't see any leak, but there is a black plastic box attached to the firewall with 5 or so vacuume hoses attached, that seems to be pretty saturated... The reat of the engine is pretty clean...
Q#1.) what id that box?
Q#2.) where could the oil be coming from? I've driven it, and run it for 15-20 min...can't tell... (maybe the box?)

That's your vacume control box. And the oil could be coming from a broken seal on your distributer or it could be grease being flung up from a cv boot.

 

could also be that damn PS hose on the 3rd gens...
