Put Koni Adjustable sports on my 5g. Fronts look good, brought it down a bit. The rear is WAY high. Perch is on upper groove. Anyone have this trouble?

I read read this correctly you are using the "yellow" Sport shocks. If so, make sure the C-clips for the rear are on the middle groove-that is the standard location. How you position the spring cups is also important. If still in doubt-Koni has a tech line you can call in Hebron, KY.
If you can e-mail a picture of the shocks on the car I can see if all is good. Our car (FOR SALE) came out perfect.

Seat is on top groove. My logic is the more the spring is cpmpressed on the shock, the lower the ride height. I tried installing the seat (or "perch") the other way which would have compressed the spring a bit more (but I doubt it would be notceable), but the spring wouldn't center on the seat.

Drop it down to the middle. Your logic is incorrect as to Static settings. The spring has a fixed length that gets compressed under load. Trust me-the middle perch is the right one unless you want it even lower.
