Good plans for a n/a 93 si 4ws?

what are the best parts that are still safe on engine for everyday driving i have now an h23a1 non VTEC with an oil leak and quite a few mi should i rebuild with after market and make my h23 VTEC or swap H22a? plz let me know?

i'd swap in the h22 if you want VTEC...i've heard bad things about frankenstien motors
