import low mile h22 from japan yes or no?

wats up. i am going to swap my h23a1 in my 93 si 4ws for an h22 the quote i got for a low mile imported one w/under 40,000mi and install for $2,145 is that good or not plz let me know thx.

well iam getting my H22a Obd2 for $800.00 and they are charging me $300.00 for installation.. oh yeah my tranny (LSD) came with motor..
