I was just going to let everyone know that a friend of mine just got his car back from the shop after 2 1/2 months of design, prep, fabrication, installment, and tuning! At 5psi...300whp! He can only run at 5psi right now because of the stock injectors. I will post some pics of the set-up as soon as they become available! Ya'll (im a texan) have got to see this! The turbo header is SEXY! RAW STEEL so the welds are still visible...WOW !!!
Other supporting equipment is a Tial Wastgate located atop the intercooler, a custom intercooler, custom intercooler piping powdercoated silver flake, custom downpipe! WOW!!! Ya'll have got to see this! As for now it is one of the only WELL built turbo 'ludes in Texas! Will be posting pics as soon as i get them!

 

I gonna call BS on 300 whp at 5 psi until I see a dyno sheet.

 

Thats only an 80-90hp jump on a JDM H22A Hondata motor already modified w/ Adjustable cam gears, lightweight pulleys, lightweight flywheel, clutch, throttlebody spacer, 2.5" Custom Exhaust, fatty intake. So in reality with tuning the turbo setup only is adding a couple dozen hp right now. Easily realized at 5psi.

 

BTW, looking foward to seeing your 'lude being put back together. You'll love the JDM swap.

 

That is true, just wasn't sure what else you had done, sounds like it'll be real fun tuned. Yah, I can't wait 'til I get it back, should be this weekend, just in time for spring break. I'll put up pics, hopefully I'll be able to get my lip kit on, and I'm definitely throwing my CF hood on it.
Are you gonna put on a 3" exhaust once you up the boost?

 

Its not mine, its a buddy of mines. The 2.5" downpipe and exhaust is good for 420hp+ so im sure he will once he gets new fuel system and new internals.
