Default jdm how to tell

My buddy just got his new h22a today, now the question is, how do we tell if its and actual jdm or a usdm motor. I trust in the company that sold it to him but he's paranoid. Sorry if this is a dumb question for ya'll, I just know more about the rex's.

Easy, look on the engine block, if there's a # after H22A well it's USDM if it says H22A only it's JDM

dist will be internal coil, fuel rail feed will be on the left side of motor, tb will have cable feed bracket pointing to the right side of motor, sub to main wiring harness connectors will be on left side of motor, fast idle valve will have a factory block off plate in its place.

oh and your injectors will most likely not work properly sucks but im serious. tps is probably broke, and in my case balancer was horribly chipped up.
