Which High flow Cat?

Default Which High flow Cat?

I would prefer a bolt on for the 99'SH model 5th gen.

most of them that ive seen are bolt on. of course getting the old one off easily is usually the hard part. most ebay high flow cats are resonator straight pipes, then there are straight pipes and then there are actual high flow cats that are usually over $100. As opposed to $20 for a straight pipe resonator of ebay.

Thanks. Is this one not a Carsound?

My next question is in relation to my exhaust. Will broken ceramics inside the Cat cause the exhaust to become louder? The reason I ask is because i just put on a new 5zigen catback and it is a lot louder than I thought it would be.

I think that might be the same place I got mine. They welded the o2 hole in the wrong place but I got it fixed and it is still doing well.

Possibly but it is hard to tell.

can somebody quickly tell me the diff between a resonator straight pipe and a hi flow cat?
