well i dont have an accord but the times should be nearly identical the accord is only about 100 pounds heavier if that.
I also have a USDM h22a1 with 10-1 CR not the JDM 10.6-1 CR.
i ran a 15.049 @ 93.36 with a AEM short pipe and DC-CC 4-2-1 header, stock exhaust including cat from header back.
now everyone knows the h22 header's that DC make suck dick...i also had new Kumho Supra 712's installed on that saturday and hit the track on sunday, which i figured out later was why i was lighting 2nd gear up for half the track. My "best" 60ft of 2.310 could have been easily improved had i kept my shittos on there a few days longer.
i think with some solid shifting and more importantly a solid launch, you will be in high 14's with stock exhaust and an intake, your accord intake will kill the motor up top so u definitely need an intake at very least. The stock accord exhaust is also rated for about 65-70 LESS HP, so keep that in mind also.
