Default Question about Performance after I/E

Okay guys I know you all dont like these "how fast is my car" or Car A vs Car B threads but I have searched all over the internet for this and haven't found what I would call a solid answer. So i have a 1998 Type SH (135k miles) w/ AEM v2 and Apex WS 2 exhaust.

Couple Questions:
1. With 135K miles, should my performance be diminished (in any definition of the word) as compared to a Prelude with, say, 60-80K?
2. In near-perfect conditions at the track, What should I run the 1/4 mile in? Some say as low as 14.9 and some say more like 15.4. Ive looked all over the web and seen the stock SH listed anywhere from 15.4-15.7. ?
3. Would I be able to take an 01 Eclipse GT stick (205 hp/200 tq)? What about an RSX-S?

No, im not a bad driver. Yes, I will get out on the track and find out all this info for myself, but I just want an informed heads up. Thanks guys,

well i dont think that ur performance is affected all that much if you've taken care of your car
regular tune ups/oil/fluid changes
id say decent driver and decent tires you could hit low 15s
you can probably take on that eclipse Gt but might be a drivers race with an rsx-s though

bench racing is lame. If you want to know how fast your car is, take it to the track and race. Noone can give you a straight answer. Performance will be somewhat diminished, but if your car was taken car of, shouldn't be too bad.
