If so will it get the jdm 200 horses. I know the usdm is 190. It is also a obd1 p13 I have a 98 prelude. Will it still work even thought my car is a obd11

uh u wont nec get 200HP from the JDM ecu, the jdm h22 has 10.6-1 CR while all USDM h22a1/4 have 10.0-1
although with an adapter harness you can run the p13 on your h22a4, you may also need to use the OBD1 P13 P+H injector system to run correctly not sure on that one

but to answer your original question...Yes the JDM p13 will work fine with an OBD1 H22a1 USDM motor.

If it is JDM you will also have a governor at 118 MPH unless you chip it or put on a rev/speed meter.
