in a race... 01 Prelude 5speed (non SH) vs 01 Integra GS-R or TYPE-R....who would win, and why?

go to the track and find out, bench racing sucks. A lot would also depend on the driver in this race. You're gonna get mixed answers with this question.

Very true.

If both drivers were equally good, I would say the Lude would beat the GSR, but lose to the ITR, but thats my opinion.

well if it was the SAME driver who took the cars out individualy and got times for each run, the prelude base should run about the same time as the GS-R and about 1/2 a sec slower than the ITR

why ?
power to weight ratio
Prelude: 200 hp 3000 lbs
GS-R : 170 hp 2650 lbs
ITR: 195 hp 2639 lbs......MUCH better transmision ie: LSD
