Default Winter Advice

Hey all, I'm just opening up this thread for discussion on winter driving. Today was one of the first days with LOTS of snow and man can I tell you that was the most fun driving I've had in a while. Ebrakes are awesome (when under controll in a parking lot).

Any random winter driving advice? Just thought i'd leave an open question like that because you guys continue to impress with all your knowledge.

Here I'll contribute first:

You can start driving from 0mph in 2cnd gear if for some reason you need less torque.
