Idling problem

Hi am having this problem with my Honday Prelude 92si i was wondering if anyone have the same problem and are able to fix it. The problem is that the car does not idle correctly the RPM keeps on moving up and down thanks.

you have to replace your throttle body i had the same problem on cold nights, morning, had very high idle. So a certified honda mechanic said replace the throttle body.
