Default need some help

hey everyone im new here and i got a problem with my 97 type s prelude. I was drivin yesterday on the freeway and hit vtec in 4th and it seemed normal until i shifted to fifth at about 6000 rpm's and my check engine light went on. I kept driving like normal and took the next exit to my house but when i stopped at the light the idle was low, WAY low, like needle on zero rpm's low. When i started drivin i let out the clutch like usual and it was extremely sluggish until about 3000 rpm's where it picked up a lot and felt like normal. I stopped at a few more lights and the same thing happened. This morning i go out and check the codes and it gave me code 3 which is the MAP sensor. If anyone has some info that can help me out then please tell me. thanks.

dont reset the ECU until you pull the trouble code...

THEN reset the ECU to see if the code comes back... dont just reset it without finding out why it turned on to begin with....
