Default H22A in 93 Lude

Still work in progress but..







Just popped it in the bay tonight.

Actually I'm trying to figure out what I'm gonna do to get the fuel line hooked up since its on the wrong side..

Good looking cars guys, or at least engines.NOt too much of the cars just those sexy h22's So prelude guys why does my engine stamp only have h22a on it as opposed to h22a7? I knoow it might have to do with age but do you guys know the specs on that engine. It is jdm as well.

i think the 92-95 jdm h22a is 200hp with 161 lb trq

you need a USDM 92-96 Prelude Si or VTEC fuel rail
they're cheap used on ebay, i had 2 if u want one of them i will see if i still have it.

JDM motors do not have a # trailing the h22a (this is the same for all JDM honda motors), also true of the JDM 220HP red top type-s. HOWEVER remember the h22a7 is a EDM accord Euro-R motor, its not a JDM motor so thats why its a 7

there are also 4th gen's with h22a2 and h22a3 from different parts of Europe
(h22a1 equivalent but usually 180HP-185HP stock instead of the USDM 190HP in the h22a1) only real difference is that the ECU is tuned down for 5-10HP less.
