i need some help here, i have a 1990 prelude 2.0s
its a 5 speed, and for the past few months now it hasnt started properlty, i have to start it a certain way. i have to step and hold in the gas and then hold in the clutch and start it or else it wont start,esp after it been running for a little while, not only that but it when i get to about 3.5-4k rpms,my engine just stops pulling, if im on the highway and i floor it say in 5th and i hit about 3.5k rpms the car will just stop pulling, or slow down, and ive talked to a few people alreayd and they wont work on hondas, i have no clue what to do, and this is my only means of transportation to school, i hope someone can atleast give me some insight as to what the problem could be

its got 152k miles on it, and yeah ill admit that it prob is going since i can put it from first to neutral without the clutch when its off, but would that be the reason all this crazy shit was happening?

 

could be sutting wrong with the engine internals... take it to a mechanic... this doesnt seem like a general problem and needs to be seen to be diagnosed
