my engine will sometimes rev by itself up to about 2k rpm and then go back down and then keep doing it over and over. this didnt happen until after i installed my intake and its only when the a/c is on. this happen to anyone else? any tips on how to fix it?

 

Huh! I've got the idle problem, haven't figured out why yet. BUT I've also got an AC problem where the AC won't turn off, and keeps freezing over. If you only have the problem when the AC is on, maybe my problem is related....

 

yeah, my 89 lude si does that too. from what i hear, it's pretty common and it won't hurt anything. i've got no idea why it does this though.
