Default Teh stereo

So i needa get the serial number off my stereo so i can get the code from honda, cuz whoever owned the car before me lost the card with the code on it... I am afraid of breaking a clip or a piece of my dash, so does any1 know the best and safest way to remove the radio?
Car is a 00 prelude, OEM stereo/cd changer
Thanks

the plastic surround needs to popped off.. its held on by clips. Take a flat head screwdriver wrapped with cloth/t-shirt.. and stick it in the seam.. gently pry it out. I would do this on the lower section, just incase u scratch something. then the radio and the pocket come out with 4 screws.. ull see them.
