i just failed my low emmissions test for my smog check and certification. It is due to the massive amout of HCs, CO and NOx. The garage i took it to blame it on my vent filter aka breather. i have a modified intake with a carb legal sticker. You guys think this is the problem or could it be something else. Im prolly gonna end up scraping this pos intake and putting back my oem one. Hopefully this will cure the problem. I was also under the impression that breathers were legal.

 

what if i just drilled a hole into my intake and connected a hose to the valve cover?
