One thing to consider, until you turn 21, the insurance is gonna be outrageous. I just sold my 97', it was costing me $250 a month for liability(I turn 17 in a couple weeks)....

a 5th gen prelude is a pretty expensive car with a 15 yr old w/o money.. i say start out with something more "normal" and keep saving until you can afford the car + insurance. it will pay off in the long run.
