Hey everyone, I am in the market for a 5th Gen Lude and found this one on AutoTrader.com, I noticed that it has a salvage title which makes me worry a little bit, but I am thinking of having it checked out with a AAA Super Inspection. It has really low mileage and is a very good price. Is this too good to be true? Also when looking at the pic, above the headlight it looks like there is a gap between the hood and the light, is this just the way the pic is and how all Ludes are, or is it messed up? I have not really had a chance to look at any Ludes in person because I live in a small town (no dealerships) and I have only seen one 5th Gen Lude driving in the past three months. the car looks good but, I'd do my homework. The salvage title makes me a little iffy as well.I also recommend getting a carfax done as well.

 

No, that car is not worth that 10k with a salvage title.

 

not worth it, you can find a lude for MUCH cheaper nowadays.....

my 97 SH 1.5 years ago for $8900 with 67k miles, clean title.
