I have a 97 prelude SH. 2 months ago, a driveshaft fell off a vehicle and I ran over it. The damage was such that I got the following repaired:

new transmission housing, stock clutch, crossmember, new gas tank, new underbody paneling, and an apexi ws exhaust.

After repairs were completed, the ATTS light came on w/error codes:
41-1 PGMFI COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE
42-1 FRAMING ERROR
55-1 LINEAR SOLENOID DUTY FAILURE
72-1 DIFFERENT TIRE SIZE
78-1 ATTS CONTROL UNIT FAILURE

The body shop sent my car to Honda and Honda recommended a new ATTS Control Unit.

They put the new control unit in, and although the error codes went away, the light is still on.

I had them reset the ECU, and the light is still on.

The techs say they have no idea why the light is still on.

Any ideas why the light is still on?

 

There's got to be a bad sensor throwing that code. You can check the code yourself with a paperclip and a helm manual.
