Default can it be done? a18 fun

I got a18/et2 prelude. since there is lacking performance parts for it, I was wondering if you could put the B18c vtec head on to the engine and what would be neccesary besides the obvious oil line to the head. im guessing that a throttle body, fuel rail, ecu...

any suggestions or comments please send them my way.

No, it can not be done. No way is that possible, it's like trying to put a Chevy 350 head on a Mopar 383.

You might be able to swap in a later Accord A20A or a JDM Accord B20A (NOT the US Prelude B20A!) engine with some serious reworking.
