Default Again Pistons and Rods !!

Hi
My friend got J:E pistons and crower rods for a H23 , would it fit my H22A4 98 ? And it's 10:1 of compression, is it good for me ?
Thanks

If you want to tear holes in your cylinder walls. For the 40,000th time you've got to sleeve your block in h22's before you even think about running forged pistons and rods!

also, 10:1 compression on an h23 isn't 10:1 compression on an h22.

I know I have to sleeve the block, it's just that someone wants to sell does rod and piston for cheap, so I wonder if it will fit ? so if it's 10:1 compression on an H23 what is it gona be on a H22A4 block ? Is it a good buy ?

could be a good buy, but you dont need it for your h22, do you know if the pistons and rods are in good condition, are u sure they are they correct parts he says they are. if you try to instll in your h22. you will have to check the piston to valve clearance because they might tough. i wouldn't buy unless i knew for sure it would bolt in without any problems.
