They are the right bolt pattern but I think it's an offset issue....

I was told they have different offsets from front to rear on the S2000's...I could be wrong. And I was told to use them you would need 4 of the front offset.

But this is just what I heard......Someone correct me if it's wrong.

 

i've heard you can only use the fronts as well.

 

front: 16x6.5 +55mm offset
rear: 16x7 +65mm offset.

for the most part, yes you can only use the fronts.
