driving down the street ...car just stopin running...engine was offf....went to check under the hood ...everything seens fine...look under the car...oil pan bolt was missing....so i lost oil...replaced the bolt ..added oil ..now the car wont start..... the engine cranks like its gonna start but it doesnt....what is wrong?

 

If you go driving without any oil, that's very bad and you should go get it looked at by someone who knows what they're doing. Otherwise do a compression check.

Did your oil light come on? If so, it's too late.

So the car does turn over? If it does, there may still be hope for it.

pull your oil pan and see what it looks like
