Hey man nice car. If you bought it off of sawmill road in columbus ohio I had it to over 140 on 315 when I test drove it. Miles were very close too lol! Nice car but I went with the SH and don't regret it at all!

Yes I will, I wil only do some minor exterior mods. JDM style fog lights, front carbon lip spoiler, carbon fiber hood, maybe some new wheels, and possibly a slight drop. No crazy body kits, or altezza lights, neons, or anything like that.

for sound I just want to replace the stock speakers, put in a new head unit, and try to get me a VTEC controller.

I want to stay all engine, no forced induction. Start with basics, cat back exhaust system, headers, cold air intake, new plugs, wires, etc... I still have to be able to drive this bad boy to work.

What u think?

I like that u want to keep it nice and clean, i personally like the optional stock kit that these come with, but a cf lip and hood would look nice, and u should definitely get new rims, s2000 rims look good, my buddy just picked up a set recently for his 'lude.

Yea the s2k wheels will fit perfectly. The older ones used to be 16's, but I believe the 2004 sk2 has started sporting 17" wheels.
