I am gonna do basic boltons IHE, but as far as internals go, i am betting some good cams will do the vtec even more justice, but my problem is what kind of cams should i look for, or where, heh. I really dont want to pay top dollar but i dont want hunks of crap either.
Also, VAFC, vtec air/fuel controller, would utilizing one of these show any advantage to a non turbo'd lude? and what kind of changes would i mostly notice..
ty in advance

a VAFC will allow you to tune your car better, as well as drop your Vtec engagement point to where you want it. Also you should look into some pulley kit. For Cams a lot of people argue between getting the Type S cams and the Cower Cams.
there is no argument between crower and type-s
the type-s arent that powerful, and you will not see a big gain from them.
especially on stock compression.
the crower stage 2 are probably the best bet for a street power increase. only thing to worry about is your head, i have also heard of cam lobes cracking off under high rpm operation on larger cams.
i assume u have a 5th gen, so if u really want free power, convert to an OBD1 ecu, and go from there. a hacked p28 with :uberdata would probably show gains of between 10-15 WHP on a stock h22. there are a lot of variable s invloved with ecu hacking tho, so u may want to splurge for hondata.
remember your ecu works against you by tuning itself down...gotta deal with obd2.
