Default Idles funny. Wavers up and down...

I have a 94 Lude with a JDM H22a Vtec, we dropped it in, everything is fine, no problems EXCEPT that my idle is kinda funny... it'll waver up and down.
down to 800 then up to 1500 and back and forth.
anyone have any ideas as to what this might be? how to fix it?
thanks in advance.

IAC valve may need cleaning or maybe a vaccum hose not hooked up.

I'm placing my bets on the vacuum leak theory also

I have an 89 lude si that does the same thing. Is your problem intermittent? - mine only does it maybe once a week. The rest of the time it idles fine.

check all vacuum lines... get a mutha fukin vacuum gauge! might as well get a boost/vacuum just in case you go turbo check the IACV... try to take out the "Hazard" fuse for a good 30 seconds to reset the ecu and start it up again and see if that worked or not
